All employees of Sony Manufacturing Systems share the awareness of implementing business for the "continuance of customer satisfaction." Through strong will and concerted actions, we aim to develop "Sony Manufacturing Systems" into a reliable, high-quality brand, and to continue meeting customer expectations.
Quality Maintenance of Products
We give the highest priority to quality, conducting strict inspections based on our ISO9001-certified quality system. At the same time, we keep the highest quality level by giving feedback of any slightest variations so as to constantly achieve customer satisfaction. We make various quality-management efforts including acquisition of ISO certification.
Sales/Services
In order to deal with sophistication of products and diversification of customer demand, we constantly allocate sales engineers who have the latest knowledge in each category. We have a system that is able to facilitate customers' manufacturing. We not only have service bases in Japan, but also in the United States, Europe and elsewhere in Asia to support customers in carrying out smooth production activities.
