In the spirit of inheriting Sony's basics in manufacturing as a member of the Sony Group, Sony Manufacturing Systems has inherited a variety of elemental technology from Sony and has brought them to new heights.Meanwhile, we offer a wide range of electronic part mounters that boast the world's highest levels of productivity and economical efficiency, and which employ our production technology to the fullest extent. These mounters are directed to high-density part-mounting of circuit boards, which are the heart of ever-miniaturizing and sophisticated audio-visual equipment and IT terminal equipment. Sony Manufacturing Systems' mold technology, which employs precision-processing technology and in which we claim expertise, supports mass production of CDs, DVDs and next-generation optical discs represented by Blu-ray. It also contributes to the production of the essential parts for the backlight of LCDs for digital cameras and mobile phones. By maximizing the synergy of this core technology of ours, we contribute in various forms to manufacturing sites that require high precision. At the same time, we make ceaseless attempts toward “next-generation manufacturing," constantly bearing in mind that the basics of manufacturing are to maintain the quality of products and services at a high level through earnest efforts.

Pursuing pleasure through business and hoping that the pleasure of people who come in contact or are associated with Sony Manufacturing Systems continues forever, particularly as we are headquartered at a place called Kuki (the Kanji character for “KI" being the character meaning “pleasure") City of Saitama Prefecture, we intend to continue to exert our utmost efforts in the future.
